In March, like the rest of the world, our plans had to change and adapt. This meant our breakfast briefing focused on the happiness and well being of sales teams was postponed.

We're delighted to announce the event is now being rearranged as, we're sure you'll agree, the topic is even more relevant and important than it was all those months ago. Like so many other aspects of our lives, the event will now be virtual.

For real solutions that have a lasting impact, our event 'How to make your sales team happy' should give team leaders the answers they need. Held remotely, our experts will analyse what makes salespeople happy, and how organisations can support their sales teams whatever the working circumstances.

Speaking on the webinar will be Leone Starr, director of The Wellness Team which aims to revolutionise the way companies think about their employee's health. Leone will discuss the definition of happiness, she'll then explain how to correctly communicate about wellbeing, and how to give health and happiness a boost in the workplace. This talk will give you unrivalled access to the wealth of knowledge and advice that Leone has accumulated from her years of experience.

You'll also hear from Gemma Warner, who is a product specialist at PCS, and for 12 years worked for a media organisation in sales roles. Gemma will take a dive into the minds of salespeople and how achieving success, being valued, being kept in the loop and saving time, is crucial to the mental wellbeing of a sales team.
