Knowledge Prospect Enhancements

In response to the valuable feedback we've received from our customers, we have made enhancements to Knowledge Prospect that we think could benefit you as a key customer.

Assist enhancements

The catchline will now be visible from the approval queue for Assist bookings

Modifying and completing an Assist order will automatically approve it and remove it from the approvals list

The overall experience for Assist customers will be smoother - hopefully resulting in fewer queries

Assist orders will no longer be able to jump the approvals queue

Assist orders will no longer change the salesperson after the first amendment.
Bug fixes

The selected 'contact' will no longer disappear and need re-entering when booking orders.

The issue of 'random tasks' appearing at the top of your tasks list should now be resolved.

Clicking the 'later' button after logging activity for a due task is now working again.

There should no longer be an 'Associating lead' error.

Group costs now behave as expected after modifying an appearance.
