In the past it felt like changes at work tended to happen over months, and even years. There would be meetings to discuss meetings, decisions were deliberated at length and answers were arrived at after a long and laborious effort.
Then Covid-19 arrived and thing changed dramatically. The idea that time should be taken over vital decisions within a company were brushed aside, with action being taken within days, and sometimes hours.
As a media sales and software trainer, Gemma Warner has been in a very privileged position, she has used her experience as a sales and software trainer to her advantage, and became an expert in dealing with salespeople and their recurring problems.
He used to help build new houses and now he works as part of the PCS team to support their suite of software solutions for publishers. Dean has now been promoted to senior product specialist with the company, situated in Wolverhampton.
After leaving his job as a carpenter Dean joined MNA Media as part of their sales team, where he started working with PCS’ software solution for circulation, distribution, and subscriptions.
